We have been working on motion control system since 2010,more than 10 years.

12 months from the date of installation.
Q Should I prepare a computer?

A

One computer(DELL/LENOVO and etc.optional) in pack,no need to pay extra.
Q How thick your machine can cut?

A

Up to 9cm after compressed by vacuum. There are 3cm,5cm,7cm,9cm models available, choose the right model according to material/graphic marker nesting/yield and factory plan.
Q Will you send engineer for installation and training at overseas factory? What's the cost?

A

Yes,we will send engineer(s) for the cutter installation and training.NO labor cost,but round tickets and accommodations should be organized and paid by the customer.
Concerning the Pandemic situation,about the installation and service,we have videos training and instructions,technical engineers of both parties,by aid of video&chat on wechat group,jointly check and approve the equipment accordingly.Meanwhile,we are in a position to do the remote support by Team Viewer.
